Contact person and interface between customer and internal development department
Creation of technical concepts and processes
Completed technical or commercial training (apprenticeship, HTL, HAK, high school)
UAS or university degree an advantage, but not a must
Problem solving skills & good process understanding
Reliability, distinct ability to work in a team
Confident in dealing with customers on the phone and on site
Advanced knowledge in Office products
Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
The gross annual salary for this position is above the industry average and is based on relevant experience and qualifications and subsequently performance related.
